It seems the Ontario premier, Dalton McGuinty, is picking up on our idea of leaving excess packaging at the store.

When the premier speaks, three out of five retailers listen.
Energized by Premier Dalton McGuinty's call to action Wednesday, in which he encouraged Ontarians to leave excess packaging at the checkout counter, the Star visited five major retailers yesterday.
It would appear that not everyone was listening.
Three out of five retailers – Shoppers Drug Mart, Rona and Wal-Mart – complied. Costco and Future Shop did not.
